Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

If services were not delivered as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or scope of work.

If a written cancellation request is submitted before work has commenced on the project.
The following services are non-refundable:

Completed and delivered services, including media placements, press releases, or campaigns.

Deposits or retainers, which cover initial planning, research, and resource allocation.

Any third-party fees (e.g., ad placements, influencer partnerships, or software costs) already paid on behalf of the client.
For projects that are partially completed at the time of cancellation:

A prorated refund may be issued, based on the percentage of work completed and expenses incurred.

Documentation outlining the completed work and associated costs will be provided.
How To Submit A Refund Request
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@x33pr.com within 7 days of identifying an issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method.
